Insight Global Initiative is Insight’s nonprofit branch dedicated to providing sustainable training in evidence-based ABA services and supervision to promote high quality, effective education to marginalized communities with limited access to services. Global Initiative provides clinical and administrative support, training, and resources to these professionals to increase the quality and quantity of services for those who need it most.
In many marginalized communities, sufficient educational and behavioral services are limited due to the economic, linguistic, cultural, and geographic barriers. Caregivers, educators, and other professionals are sometimes forced to rely on outdated or obsolete curriculum rather than evidence-based practices. Without the proper treatment and intervention, children and adults with behavioral barriers are not able to reach their full potential.
Global Initiative prepares educators, practitioners, families, and caregivers by providing information, modern equipment, technology platforms, tailored behavior analytical curriculum, and hands-on training. Through local training in evidence-based instruction, our program will create positive behavioral, functional, and academic gains in learners, instilling hope and building momentum towards larger community and systematic improvement. By establishing distinct satellite programs in under-serviced, under-resourced communities and encouraging further behavior analytical dissemination, we ensure the training provided is accessible, equitable, and culturally appropriate.
