Speech-Language Pathologist
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) implements speech therapy programs. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in students PreK-12.
Intervention Specialist

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) - Academy
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is responsible for implementing behavior analytic and evidence-based strategies and practices. The BCBA/BCaBA supports, trains, and supervises Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavioral support.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Independent Contractor
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Independent Contractor is responsible for implementing behavior analytic and evidence-based strategies and practices for Insight Academy’s After School ABA Program.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Academy
The Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for implementing behavior analytic and evidence-based strategies for children in grades PreK-12 as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This position is with Insight Academy located in Berea, Ohio.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Early Learners
The Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for implementing behavior analytic and evidence-based strategies for children ages 6 and under as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This position is with Early Learners located in Westlake, Ohio.
